At Shop CHANNELLOCK, we stand behind the quality of our American-made tools and offer a 30-day window for returns on items in their original, unused condition. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a streamlined exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Factory

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification to monitor the progress of your return to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the returned tools within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
